Nancy Perez specializes in Bulk Sale transfers including liquor transfers (premise to premise and person to person), stock transfers, mergers and acquisitions, holding escrows and for sale by owner. She likes one-on-one service by having a direct line of communication with her customers and by providing her cell phone number to broker and agents for service and assistance after regular business hours. Her personable attitude contributes to her sensitivity to the needs of clients and brokers, from the beginning to the end of each transaction.

She expanded her knowledge in the real estate industry by learning resale, loan and commercial escrows. In addition, she attended UCLA and completed Real Estate Principals. Although excelling in real estate transactions, she feels Bulk Sale transfers complement her personality and problem solving abilities.

In her spare time she volunteers with the Breast Cancer Angels and Boxer Rescue of Orange County. She also enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach with her boxer.
