Jan Bess Jan Bess joined Mariners Escrow in 1998 and has been in the escrow industry since 1972. She is experienced in handling all types of transactions including: Residential Resale, Commercial/Industrial Resale, Subdivisions, Refinance and Leasehold to fee Conversions with The Irvine Company. Besides running an escrow desk at Mariners, Jan also helps management by consulting on documents and office escrow procedures. Jan lives in Irvine with her husband Bob. They will be celebrating their 31st Anniversary in July 2004. They have a son Steven who is 20 years old. Jan enjoys golfing, fishing, camping and traveling anywhere and everywhere.
